The number of EVs on U.S. roads is projected to increase rapidly in this decade. In 2020, about 300,000 EVs were sold, accounting for about 2% of U.S. new automobile market. However, the cumulative number of EVs on U.S. roads could reach 35 million by 2035. How many charging stations will this require and what sort of challenges will need to be overcome to deliver on this target?

KELODA is a full-service partner and acts as a “transparent” third party providing new EV Charging solutions on a subscription-based service delivery contract that includes maintenance and full warranty over a three- to seven-year term. The end-user may take ownership at the end of the contract or be required to pay for its use as long as they are using it. The contract may include upgrade options, or the end-user may upgrade to newer technology at the end of the contract.
