However, high capital cost associated with adopting LED light technologies is expected to limit the market growth due to traditional operational cost of change including equipment, network systems, and financially how these costs are traditionally budgeted for as an upfront expense.

KELODA is a full-service partner and acts as a “transparent” third party providing new LED lighting on a subscription-based service delivery contract that includes maintenance and full warranty over a three- to seven-year term. The end-user may take ownership at the end of the contract or be required to pay for its use as long as they are using it. The contract may include upgrade options, or the end-user may upgrade to newer technology at the end of the contract.
